Event Description
Enter through swap meet entrance(s) and pay the swap meet entry fee.
o Gate 1 (Main Gate) will be open from 6am to 3pm.
o Gate 3 (Halawa Gate) will be open from 7:30am to 1:30pm.
• Solo event gate opens at 7am.
Registration fee:
o SCCA member: $35 (effective 7/17/11)
o Non-members: $50 ($35 + $15 for weekend membership)
Event Schedule (subject to change):
0630 – 0830 Track set-up
0700 Gate opens
0700 – 0830 Morning registration & tech inspection (track will be open for walking once approved by Safety)
0845 – 0900 Heat 1 & 2 driver’s meeting & worker assignments…MANDATORY
Turn in registration cards at the trailer
0900 – 0930 Track open for walking (novice walk with instructors)
0930 – 1200 Heat 1 & 2 (first car out no later than 0930)
1130 – 1200 Late registration & tech inspection (for pre-registered drivers only)
Track open for walking when heat 2 is done
Schedule below will be adjusted depending on when heat 2 is done.
1215 – 1230 Heat 3 & 4 driver’s meeting & worker assignments… MANDATORY
Turn in registration cards at the trailer
1230 – 1600 Heat 3 & 4
1600 – 1700 Fun runs if possible
1700 – 1730 Clean-up
